Adzy provides a software tool for managing Google Ads. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the platform for its intended business purposes.

3. Google Ads API Policy

Your use of Adzy is also subject to the Google Ads API Policies. You must comply with all Google terms and conditions when connecting your Google Ads accounts to our platform.

The services on Adzy are provided on an 'as is' basis. Adzy makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

5. Limitations

In no event shall Adzy or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use Adzy.
